We have applied to other insurance companies. Some companies are not currently accepting new providers. We are in the process of getting set up with a few companies. Please contact us and let us know which insurance company you have that you would like us to work with.

Once you schedule an appointment, we will send you an invoice with a convenient link to pay securely online. You may also call and pay by phone. The invoice will need to be paid in full before your appointment begins.
